restricted article "restricted article" means any of the articles specified in the First Schedule and the Minister shall have the power to amend and vary the list accordingly from time to time by notification in the Gazette;

restricted article "restricted article" means any of the following articles, that is to say — (a) padi, padi products, rice, rice products, flour, flour products, tapioca products, tapioca flour, sago, all forms of oats and barley, edible oil, sugar, salt, concentrated f oods, tinned foods, cooked food, dried fish, dried beans and dried peas; (b) paper suitable for use in typewriting or printing or other process for duplicating w ords, figures or pictorial or other representations, wax stencils and printing inks; (c) drugs, medicines and other medical supplies; (d) electric torches other than one loaded electric torch for bona fide personal u se, the onus of proving which shall be upon the accused, and any type of dry cell e lectric battery; (e) canvas or any article made wholly or partly from canvas; (f) green or khaki cloth, pliable plastic material and rubberised or waterproofed m aterial; and (g) any article of clothing made wholly or partly from any of the materials specified i n paragraph (f);
